Experience the Maasai Mara from a quieter and more exclusive perspective on a 3-day private safari to Mara Naboisho Conservancy. Covering a vast private wilderness within the greater Mara ecosystem, Naboisho is known for excellent year-round wildlife viewing, particularly its concentrations of lions and cheetahs. Unlike a conventional Mara itinerary, a stay in the conservancy opens the door to experiences such as guided walking safaris, night game drives, bush meals and sundowners. With limited tourism development and a small number of camps, Naboisho offers travelers a more intimate way to experience the Mara while supporting a conservation model built around wildlife and local communities.

Day 01 :

Nairobi – Naboisho Conservancy

Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel towards the Maasai Mara region, enjoying the changing landscapes as you make your way to Naboisho Conservancy. Arrive in time for lunch and settle into your camp before heading out for your first afternoon game drive. Explore the open plains and acacia-dotted landscape in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and other wildlife. The private conservancy setting allows for a more intimate game-viewing experience, with fewer vehicles and greater flexibility during wildlife encounters. As the sun sets, stop for a spectacular sundowner before continuing with your evening wildlife experience or returning to camp for dinner.

Day 02 :

Full-Day Naboisho Conservancy Experience

Wake up early for a morning game drive as the Mara wilderness comes alive. Spend time tracking predators and observing the resident wildlife before returning to camp for breakfast. Later, experience the conservancy on foot on a guided walking safari, learning about animal tracks, plants, smaller wildlife and the Maasai relationship with the land. After lunch, head back into the plains for an afternoon game drive and enjoy a bush meal or sundowner in a scenic location, depending on the day's arrangements. As darkness falls, embark on a night game drive to discover the nocturnal side of Naboisho and search for wildlife that is rarely encountered during daylight hours.

Day 03 :

Naboisho Conservancy – Nairobi

Enjoy breakfast at the camp before checking out and beginning your journey back to Nairobi. Travel through the scenic landscapes of the Maasai Mara and the Great Rift Valley, with a stop for lunch along the way. Continue to Nairobi and arrive in the afternoon, marking the end of your Naboisho Conservancy safari.
