Experience an exciting 3-day safari through Tsavo West National Park, one of Kenya’s most scenic wildlife destinations. Known for its dramatic volcanic landscapes, rolling plains, ancient lava flows and diverse wildlife, Tsavo West offers an unforgettable safari experience away from the busy city.

During the safari, you will have the opportunity to spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and a variety of bird species. You will also have the opportunity to visit the famous Mzima Springs, a natural oasis known for its clear waters, hippos, crocodiles and abundant birdlife.

The safari can begin from either Nairobi or Mombasa, making it a convenient option for travellers visiting different parts of Kenya.

Day 01 :

NAIROBI OR MOMBASA – TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK

Your 3-day Tsavo West safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, airport or designated meeting point in Nairobi or Mombasa. Depart for Tsavo West National Park, enjoying scenic views of the Kenyan countryside along the way. Upon arrival, enter the park and begin your first game drive as you make your way towards your camp or lodge. Tsavo West is known for its beautiful landscapes and diverse wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and various antelope species. Arrive at your accommodation for check-in and lunch, followed by some time to relax. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive. Explore the park's open plains, volcanic landscapes and wildlife-rich areas as your guide helps you spot animals and learn about the ecosystem. Return to your lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 02 :

FULL-DAY TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day exploration of Tsavo West National Park. Enjoy a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, hippos and other wildlife while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the park. Visit Mzima Springs, one of Tsavo West's most famous attractions. The springs are fed by underground water from the Chyulu Hills and create a beautiful oasis where you may see hippos, crocodiles and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch or lunch at your lodge, depending on the safari arrangement. In the afternoon, continue exploring the park with another game drive, visiting different areas in search of wildlife and enjoying the changing landscapes as the sun begins to set. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 03 :

TSAVO WEST – NAIROBI OR MOMBASA

After breakfast check out. Begin your journey back to Nairobi or Mombasa, depending on your chosen starting and ending point. Enjoy lunch en route before continuing to your final drop-off at your hotel, airport or designated location, marking the end of your 3-day Tsavo West safari.
